For the love of god, please do not EVER do business with these people. I really wish I could talk to each customer as they walk through the door to make them understand how bad they will get treated. Not only will you be disrespected but you will get ripped off and have money, essentially, stolen from you.
Every single one of their sales reps are girls between the ages of 22-28 with seemingly little to no knowledge about what they're selling. They will quickly have you burried in a catalog trying to talk you into high priced faucets, sinks, or whatever you're after. They are the nicest girls in the world until they have your money. Then, they turn into helpless snobs who refer you to the business owner, William W. Sullivan. He goes by the name Bill and he will insult you, lie to you, make fun of you, degrade you, and never, ever help you. When it happened to me I thought maybe the guy had a bad day or maybe his dog died. I have never in my life been treated so bad. I felt like dirt and had to leave to keep from punching him in the face.
As soon as I got home I jumped online and did as much research as I could on Austin Plumbing Supply and Bill Sullivan. Turns out, EVER SINGLE REVIEW (100%) that I found said the EXACT same thing! I was in complete disbelief and still think it was all a dream. Too bad it's not. Austin Plumbing Supply is still in business and I have no idea how. Bill Sullivan purchased the business back in 2002 and is the managing partner, along with his wife Terri Sullivan.
I am still trying to figure out his angle. Does he want the business to fail? Is there some sort of tax benefit he'll get or something? Is he a test dummy for some larger company to see how bad they can treat customers and get away with it? Apparently, his BBB (Better Business Bureau) record is HORRIBLE but he keeps on going. I can't figure it out.
